Hawaiian Winner Will Be Ridin' in Style on a Surf City USA® Beach Cruiser
Huntington Beach Conference and Visitors Bureau Announces Winner of June Online Contest
Huntington Beach, Calif., July 11, 2007 – And the winner is...the Huntington Beach Conference and Visitors Bureau (HBCVB) announced Richard Titanic of Honolulu, HI., as the winner of the www.SurfCityUSA.com June online contest.
During July visitors to the HBCVB website will have an additional chance to enter and win a Surf City USA® beach cruiser from Felt Bicycles by completing an online form. One grand prize winner will be chosen this month.
The beach cruiser features a Huntington Beach-inspired sea blue and wood panel graphic scheme emblazoned with the Surf City USA logo, along with a comfortable color-coordinated cruiser seat and upright cruiser bars with matching grips; the prize has a retail value of $570.
"I've never been to Huntington Beach, but when I think of the destination I think surfing and volleyball," said Titanic.
Titanic is considering using his new beach cruiser as a form of transportation to work versus the bus he currently rides.
The online contest is a component of the newly designed website, www.SurfCityUSA.com, a marketing tool used to further promote Huntington Beach and the Surf City USA® brand nationally and internationally.
